Frequently Asked Questions
1) I have a hard time lowering my blood sugar because I have no willpower. I always end up eating too much or I give in to my cravings for sweets or carbs. Will this program work for me?
Absolutely, you will learn that it is not about willpower, but rather helping your brain to feel satisfied so that you actually have control over your appetite and portion size. Relying on willpower is not enough. If it was, no one would be battling their blood sugar levels.

There are a lot of people with tremendous willpower that have high blood sugar levels. Willpower cannot overpower the survival mechanisms that kick in when many people try to lower blood sugar levels and lose weight. The key is promoting a physiology of blood sugar control and weight loss instead of having the body and mind stuck in the mode of thinking it is starving.

The problem is that you cannot do this through diet alone. Eating a healthy diet may help to lower your blood sugar levels, but it will not help you get off the Blood Sugar Roller Coaster. And sooner or later, you will give in to cravings for sweets and carbs.

This program fixes that problem by giving you the single biggest key to literally flat-lining your blood sugar levels (aka – no more Blood Sugar Roller Coaster), increasing your insulin sensitivity, and lowering your blood cholesterol and triglycerides, all at the same time. I don’t know of any other program that covers this.

2) I have been trying to improve my insulin resistance and lower my blood sugar for a long time and have tried several diets in the past. There is so much conflicting information out there. I’m looking for a truly healthy and detailed diet that can help me reverse my diabetes and make me feel satisfied after meals. Will this program work for me?
Absolutely. The great thing about improving insulin sensitivity is that the results are not only visible by changes in numbers like your weight, lost inches, A1C, and blood sugar levels, but also in how you will feel. Higher energy levels, greater ability to focus and concentrate, and a better night’s sleep are just some of the rewards that you will experience.

3) I don’t have diabetes yet, but I am pre-diabetic. How can I REALLY prevent it? No one gives these answers. Will this program help me?
Prevention of the development of full-fledged type 2 diabetes in those with pre-diabetes is 100% achievable. Pre-dabetes is a wake-up call for change. My program will help you understand what can help reverse pre-diabetes completely and permanently. It will give you the answers that you can understand, appreciate, and, most importantly, apply in your life.

4) Will this program help me get off my diabetes medicine?
In the majority of cases, yes. There are a lot of variables that come into play, but the bottom line is that as long as your own body is producing insulin it is completely possible to reverse type 2 diabetes and get off all prescription medications. The key is helping improve the action of insulin as well as eliminating various compounds that block insulin’s effect.

5) I am currently doing a low carb, higher fat diet - mostly clean meats and veggies. I have gotten my blood sugar lower, have lost a little over 30 pounds, but still can't control my blood sugar to where it should be. This is very frustrating. Will this program help me?
Yes, most definitely. There are a lot of reasons why people don’t fully realize the benefits of diet alone. That is where the proper use of dietary supplements and herbal products can really help provide the additional support to experience GREAT results instead of just minor improvements. In the program, based upon your own particular needs and experience, a personalized nutritional supplement program will be recommended.

6) I'm at an ideal weight ( 5'3" 116) yet continue to have insulin resistance. I have to really restrict my eating to very little fruit and carbs, always with a protein or fat. I exercise daily and do strength training 3 times a week. Will this program help me increase my insulin sensitivity?
Your case is not common, but it is also not that unusual. I have seen it many times, especially as many women begin to pass through menopause. Sometimes it is related to hormonal factors, sometimes environmental pollutants, and other times a combination of both.

Again, the key is identifying why you are experiencing insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes and following a customized approach to help reverse the situation. Can it de done? Yes, of course. And, in people that do not have the added stress on blood sugar control because of obesity, the results are generally very quick.
